Terms and conditions for participation in games at Funky Monkeys — Escape Hub. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

Conditions for participation in Funky Monkeys escape games

  1. This document regulates the General Terms and Conditions of Funky Monkeys Ltd., UIC: 206939260, with registered office in Sofia, 7–11 km, 135D Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., represented by its manager Rami Zimmerman (the "Organizer").
  2. The games are held in a specially designated hall and in accordance with the established rules for participants.
  3. Each participant is obliged to comply with these general terms and conditions in the interest of general safety during the games.
  4. The Organizer is not responsible for incidents that may occur during the Game caused by participants' behaviour or negligence.

Participation requirements and restrictions

  1. Only persons who have reached the specified age (indicated on each game page) may participate in the Game.
  2. Women in advanced stages of pregnancy, people with cardiovascular problems, hypertension or other health conditions that may be adversely affected by the Game are not eligible to participate.
  3. Maximum session duration and minimum/maximum number of participants are specified on each game page. Participants cannot request extension of playing time.
  4. If a participant cannot continue due to health or other reasons, they must terminate participation and leave the room, accompanied if necessary.

Use of equipment and facilities

  1. Participants must use facilities and equipment with due care. The Organizer reserves the right to claim compensation for deliberate damage.
  2. The Organizer guarantees that the premises are insured against damages from incidents.

In the area where the Game is held it is strictly forbidden to:

  • Take photos, audio or video recordings using cameras, video cameras, mobile phones with cameras, laptops or other devices with built-in camera and/or microphone without the Organizer's consent
  • Bring items that may cause harm to participants or property
  • Bring, possess or consume alcoholic beverages or narcotic substances
  • Participate after consuming alcohol or psychotropic substances
  • Participate with low levels of personal hygiene
  • Participate while behaving aggressively towards staff or other participants

Confidentiality and intellectual property

  1. All information about the Game is a trade secret that cannot be disclosed in any way.
  2. Copying, distribution, public display or creation of derivative games is prohibited. The Organizer reserves all rights.
  3. It is forbidden for any person, directly or indirectly, to engage in activities that may harm the Organizer's business.

Cancellation and sanctions

  1. If a group of participants cannot attend for objective reasons, the planned time and date must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  2. Participation in the Game is not allowed without written consent in the form of a declaration from each participant.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to change game rules and general conditions at any time.
  4. IMPORTANT — at least 4 hours before the game, Funky Monkeys Ltd. must receive a reservation confirmation via message reply or phone call from the person who made the reservation.

Each game in our Escape Room center is carefully designed to offer an unforgettable adventure with many puzzles, missions and adrenaline. Please review the general rules of participation that apply to all games. The rest will be a surprise!
